Air Conditioning Engineer – No on-call. No Weekends. Just Quality Work.
Surrey-based (covering Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire & SW London corridor)
£50,000 - £55,000 (DOE) plus Van, Fuel Card and Phone. No call-outs, no weekend work. Work-life balance.

The Role:
* 40% installation / 60% maintenance & repair of air conditioning systems
* Leading by example on-site, setting the standard for quality and safety
* Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers
* Delivering excellent service across a loyal, high-profile client base
The Person:
* Strong experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer
* Recognised HVAC qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong customer communication and consultative mindset
* A passion for quality work and helping others develop
