Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Air Conditioning Service / Breakdown Engineer - Air cond
Location: Mobile role – travel to sites across the West & East Midlands (with some wider UK travel)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Recruitment: Subject to satisfactory DBS and reference checks

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out service, maintenance and breakdown repairs across a range of commercial and domestic properties. The role requires strong fault-finding skills, customer service, and the flexibility to travel to multiple sites.
Person Specification (Essential)
*
Recognised air conditioning apprenticeship and proven commercial experience.
*
Strong background in servicing, repairing and maintaining air conditioning installations.
*
Working knowledge of test equipment including electrical multi-meters.
*
Flexible approach to work, including travel across multiple sites and occasional overtime.
*
Willingness to participate in emergency call-out rota.
*
Professional, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
*
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Basic IT skills for completing reports and documentation.
*
