Job Description
Mechanical Project Engineer
Air conditioning / Ventilation
West Midlands
£50,000 - £55,000
AC / Ventilation Mechanical Project Engineer / Manager required. Ideally with specialist experience around air conditioning and ventilation installation
You will be typically running approx 2 - 3 projects at any one time of values up to £500k
This is a new role / appointment to bolster the team
You will be responsible for:
Full support and project management on HVAC installation projects in particular air conditioning and ventilation
Programming of works, updating reports where required
Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
Contribute to the progress of the project
Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
Taking control cradle to grave
Ability to estimate
Design input
