Location: Nationwide (UK Travel Required)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, site-based role involving nationwide travel to install and commission air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, retail, and leisure projects.

Working from technical drawings and specifications, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  * Install and commission air conditioning systems on commercial projects.

  * Carry out installations in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.

  * Install VRV/VRF systems, split systems, and associated equipment.

  * Complete controls wiring where required.

  * Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and safety standards.

  * Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider installation team.

  * Travel to sites across the UK, with occasional working away from home.

What We're Looking For

  * Minimum 5 years' experience in air conditioning installation.

  * Strong HVAC installation and commissioning experience.

  * Experience installing VRV/VRF and split systems.

  * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.

  * Good understanding of installation standards and best practices.

  * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  * Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  * Flexible approach to nationwide travel and occasional overtime.

Essential Qualifications

  * F-Gas 2079 (City & Guilds)

  * Valid CSCS Card

  * IPAF

  * IPAL (where applicable)

  * Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  * Knowledge of Refcom standards.

  * Manufacturer training or certifications with brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Samsung, or similar.
