Air Conditioning Installation Engineer required for our client, they are a well-established air conditioning specialist providing installation, service, maintenance, and repair across Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. They have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, honest advice, and delivering a professional service across commercial and domestic environments. The successful engineer will primarily carry out air conditioning installation works across commercial sites including schools, offices, cafes, restaurants, and hotels. There will also be occasional requirements to support service, maintenance, and breakdown works when required. Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Responsibilities

• Install commercial air conditioning systems including VRV, VRF, split, and multi-split systems
• Carry out pipework, equipment installation, pressure testing, evacuation, and commissioning
• Complete air conditioning installations across schools, offices, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial properties
• Read and interpret technical drawings, installation specifications, and manufacturer instructions
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Carry out system testing and commissioning following installation
• Support service, maintenance, and breakdown works when required
• Maintain accurate job records and installation documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, site contacts, and the wider engineering team

Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Requirements

• F-Gas certification essential
• Previous experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
• Strong working knowledge of VRV, VRF, split, and multi-split systems
• Strong understanding of air conditioning installation standards and industry regulations
• High standards of workmanship with strong attention to detail

• Good fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Professional approach when working within customer premises
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Leicestershire

Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Remuneration

• Salary £40,000 - £46,000
• Optional Saturday overtime - paid at x1.5
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Christmas shutdown
