We’re working with a well-established and fast-growing specialist in the HVAC industry who are looking to add a talented Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to their national projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that genuinely values its people and offers exciting, hands-on work across the UK on high-end commercial installations.
You’ll be working on diverse and technically interesting projects, installing systems such as split, multi-split, VRV/VRF units, and other air conditioning solutions across retail, commercial, industrial, and specialist environments. If you’re confident working independently, happy to travel nationwide, and want to be part of a business with long-term growth and real earning potential – this could be the perfect move.
What You'll Be Doing
* Install a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial sites
* Interpret and work from technical drawings and site specifications
* Ensure all installs are completed to high quality and compliance standards
* Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
* Travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays (fully covered)
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3+ years of hands-on air conditioning installation experience
* Confident working with split systems, VRV/VRF, and commercial units
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
* F-Gas qualified (preferred)
* Comfortable with national travel and occasional stays away
* Strong work ethic, good communication, and a team player mindset
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Own basic hand tools (specialist kit provided)
