Air Conditioning Project Manager
Location: West Malling, Kent + site visits
Salary: Circa £50,000 (DOE) plus Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the role:
This office-based role involves managing air conditioning projects from initial survey to final handover. You’ll lead both commercial and domestic installations, liaising with engineers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Key duties:
* Survey client sites and design tailored solutions
* Price projects and send proposals
* Procure equipment and materials
* Manage project timelines and commissioning
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance
* Support installation and service teams as needed
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years HVAC project management experience
* F-Gas qualified
* Strong technical knowledge of VRF, splits, multi-splits
* CSCS card holder
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable (not essential):
* MVHR and AHU experience
* NVQ Level 3 and H&S training
* Understanding of M&E, BMS, heating and ventilation systems
