Air Conditioning Sales Executive
Location: London & Southeast
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE up to £90,000)

Keyman Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established and growing HVAC specialist to source a dynamic Air Conditioning Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong technical background in air conditioning and ventilation, combined with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to securing new projects. This is a client-facing role requiring technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site surveys for new project enquiries
* Prepare and issue detailed quotations for air conditioning and ventilation projects
* Manage and maintain all customer communications professionally (phone, email, and face-to-face)
* Follow up on outstanding quotations to maximise conversion rates
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to confirm lead times, costs, and technical details
* Keep accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and sales performance
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
* Stay updated on the latest HVAC products, technologies, and market trends
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience within the air conditioning industry
* Strong sales ability and experience preparing quotations
* Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
* A proactive, confident, and personable approach to business development
* IT proficiency including CRM systems and basic marketing tools
* A valid UK driving licence
Package & Benefits:
* Basic salary between £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience and pipeline)
* Uncapped commission scheme with realistic OTE up to £90,000
