Air Conditioning Sales Executive
We have an exciting new opportunity within our well-established company for an Air Conditioning Sales Executive. This role is ideal for a skilled salesperson with AC & ventilation knowledge and a talent for customer relations and securing work.
Role & Responsibilities
* Conducting site surveys for new enquiries
* Preparing and issuing quotations for new projects
* Managing all customer communications via phone and email in a professional manner
* Following up on outstanding quotations to secure business
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to confirm lead times, costs, and technical specs
* Maintaining records of enquiries, quotes, and conversion rates
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
* Keeping up to date with new products and solutions in the HVAC market
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Hold a valid full UK driving licence
* Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry
* Strong sales and quoting skills
* Excellent organisation, communication, and client-facing skills
* Confident with IT systems, CRMs, and basic marketing tools
* Proactive mindset with a focus on growth
* Be confident, personable, and well-presented
Package & Benefits
* Job Type: Full-time
* Basic Salary: £30,000- £40,000 per year (depending on experience and pipeline)
* Commission: up to £90,000 per year based on sales.
* Location: Office and Mobile as required
* Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility required to meet customer needs)
