Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems to minimise downtime.
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as per client contracts and schedules.
* Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations and environmental standards.
* Complete accurate service records, job sheets, and documentation.
* Provide technical advice and support to clients and team members.
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance call-outs, resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintain all tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe, working condition.
* Follow all Health & Safety policies and conduct risk assessments where necessary.
* Mentor and support junior engineers or apprentices when required.
Requirements:
* City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
* Valid F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
