Air Conditioning Engineer – London - £47K
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a rapidly growing M&E team, working on commercial sites. You will service, repair, and maintain VRF and split systems traveling across sites as required.
Salary & Package:
* £42k–£47k (dependent on experience & skill set)
* OTE £65k–£70k with regular overtime
* Travel time paid for journeys over 1 hour/day
* Company van, fuel card, phone, uniform
* 29 days holiday + pension

Job description:
* Fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance of VRF and split systems
* Refrigeration recovery, pressure testing, brazed repairs, and compressor changes
* Work across multiple manufacturers: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Panasonic
* Provide detailed remedial repair reports
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Participate in a 1-in-4 weeks call-out rota
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years’ M&E air conditioning experience
* Experience on commercial properties
* Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
* F-Gas Category 1
* Confident working independently on VRF/split systems and refrigeration plant (walk-ins, drinks lancers, standalone units – preferred but not essential).
