Job Description
Location - Leeds, Yorkshire & Tyne and wear
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Install, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Test systems for proper functionality and safety compliance.
*
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.

Handle refrigerants in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.

Provide professional customer service, explaining issues and solutions clearly.

Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and new technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
*
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
*
Proven experience as an air conditioning or HVAC technician.
*
Knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and mechanical systems.
*
EPA certification for handling refrigerants (preferred or required based on region).
*
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy equipment, and work in varied conditions.
