AOG Air Export Agent
📍 Feltham (Heathrow) | 🕒 Full-Time | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive AOG Air Export Agent to manage high-profile, time-critical shipments in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are ambitious, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage urgent, high-pressure shipments with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Anticipate and resolve service disruptions, keeping customers informed and offering effective alternatives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers.
Conduct regular vendor evaluations, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational process standards (OPS), and external regulatory requirements.
Continuously review and refine department workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Solid understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
