Job Title: Air Hygiene Engineer
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary/Benefits: £30k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a successful name within the Air Hygiene industry. Due to recent expansion, they are seeking a knowledgeable Air Hygiene Engineer to join their team in the South East. Works are concentrated within the region, so this is an excellent role for those who would like to work within a defined radius. Applicants must be able to hit the ground running, undertaking ventilation / system cleans and servicing and testing of fire dampers. You will be completing reports remotely and travelling to a range of commercial and food / beverage sites. You will be travelling across: Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Camberley, Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnborough, Woking, Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, Marlow, Weybridge, Guildford, Aldershot, Farnsham, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Watford, Epsom, Sutton, Mitcham.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an Air Hygiene Engineer
- Will ideally hold industry qualifications, such as: Fire Damper ticket, TR19 ticket and / or BS9999 qualification
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Would be beneficial to hold a valid CSCS and / or confined spaces ticket
- Able to work independently and within teams
- Comfortable liaising with clients directly
- Good literacy and IT skills

The Role:
- Attending a range of commercial, leisure and food / beverage client sites
- Completing TR19 cleans on ventilation, AHU, ductwork, kitchen extract and canopies
- Inspecting and testing Fire Dampers
- Fitting access panels
- Producing regular service reports
- Safely using chemicals
- Ensuring to wear correct PPE as required
- Meeting with clients to discuss completed works and highlighted issues
- Supporting new engineers
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
