Job Title: Air Hygiene Engineer
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £35k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a well-regarded Ventilation specialist, who have nationwide coverage and an excellent reputation. Due to recently winning new contracts, they are recruiting for a hardworking Air Hygiene Engineer to cover commercial, manufacturing and food & beverage client premises. You would suit this role if you have strong technical knowledge, a professional manner and a strong work history. Ideally, applicants will be based around: Tamworth, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby, Daventry, Leicester, Beeston, Nottingham, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Stafford, Penkridge, Cannock, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, West Bromwich, Dudley, Halesowen, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, Loughborough, Stratford-upon-Avon, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Rugeley.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience working as an Air Hygiene Engineer
- Proven experience of working to TR19 guidelines
- Will have worked within a well-established Air Hygiene / Ventilation company
- Able to travel as required by client contracts
- Good literacy and IT skills
- Able to work both within teams and independently
The Role:
- Travelling across a range of commercial, manufacturing, public sector and food & beverage sites
- Inspecting of ducting, kitchen extract and canopies
- Completing cleans on various ventilation / ductwork systems
- Fan cleans
- Installing / replacing access doors
- Filter replacements
- Producing detailed reports, including before and after photographs
- Working to agreed deadlines and targets
