Job Title: Air Hygiene Project Manager Location: Walsall, West Midlands Salary/Benefits: £35k - £55k + Training & Benefits We are recruiting for a dynamic Air Hygiene Project Manager within the West Midlands, for a privately owned and growing Air Hygiene / Ventilation company. Candidates must be fully conversant in industry guidelines and must have proven experience managing teams of Engineers, servicing Air Hygiene, Fire Damper and Ventilation client contracts. The role will predominantly be based out of the office, but there is a requirement for attending client meetings on site. They are offering excellent basic salaries as well as attractive benefits packages for the successful client. We can accept applicants who are based in the following areas: Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, West Bromwich, Cannock, Penkridge, Stafford, Rugeley, Lichfield, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Marston Green, Solihull, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Telford, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton-upon-Trent, Derby, Swadlincote, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicester, Loughborough. Experience / Qualifications: - Must have strong experience working within the Air Hygiene / Fire Damper / Ventilation industry - Able to successfully manage projects of varying sizes - Robust technical knowledge, including the TR19, BS9999 guidelines - Strong team management and leadership skills - Good interpersonal skills - IT literate and good written and numeracy skills The Role: - Successfully overseeing Air Hygiene, Fire Damper and Ventilation client contracts - Working on projects of varying sizes, overseeing from start to finish - Ensuring projects run to agreed time-frames and budget - Managing teams of site staff, allocating works and carrying out training - Attending sites to scope for works and meet with clients to outline requirements - Handling new client enquiries and providing detailed information on company services - Maintaining strong working relationships with clients - Producing quotations and site-specific drawings - Hiring / ordering of materials / equipment - Upselling of services to clients - Handling works documents Future Select are recruiting in the Compliance / Environmental industry, including: LEV / Critical Air / Clean Air / Air Hygiene / Fire Safety; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.
