Pay: £875 – £2,500 per install + bonuses + expenses
About the Role
Valoris Group Limited are recruiting qualified Heating Installation Teams for long-term renewable projects. Work includes Air Source Heat Pump (Samsung) and Worcester Hybrid installations across South Wales and the South West.
We are seeking experienced 2-person teams who can deliver quality installations, maintain compliance, and represent our client professionally on site.
What’s on Offer
*
Consistent workload: 1–3 ASHP installs per week and 1–5 Hybrid installs per week
*
ASHP installs: £2,250–£2,500 (plus £200 per additional radiator)
*
Hybrid installs: £875–£1,250 (depending on boiler type and scope)
*
Bonus scheme: +£200 per hybrid after the first two each week, +£200 for first-time pass installs (no call-backs)
*
Weekly pay (after 2 weeks in hand)
*
Accommodation arranged and paid, plus £100/night team allowance
*
Ongoing training and technical support
Requirements (Lead Engineer)
*
Valid ACS (CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, CKR1)
*
G3 Unvented qualification
*
BPEC ASHP
*
Water Regulations
*
Gas Safe registered (preferred but not essential)
*
Minimum 2 years’ renewables experience (case-by-case exceptions possible)
Team Requirements
*
At least one qualified Heating Engineer with a teammate
*
CIS registered with UTR number (self-billing)
*
Own van (rental option available after 4 weeks)
*
Tools including: Heavy-duty SDS Max drill, gas analyser (<12 months calibration), standard heating kit
*
Public liability insurance (£2m minimum)
*
Lead engineer must hold a DBS check
Responsibilities
*
Install ASHP and Hybrid systems to compliance standards
*
Retrofit works (radiators, boiler conversions, additional pipework)
*
Maintain safety and quality across all installations
*
Deliver professional customer service on-site
Induction & Support
*
Full week-one induction covering H&S and supported first install
*
Site Manager inspection and ongoing technical support
