Responsibilities As an Air Tightness Technical Advisor, you will: Provide high-level technical support to members via telephone and email, ensuring clarity and understanding of our products and services. Collaborate with the Airtightness Team to deliver consistent, front-line support to stakeholders. Assist with scheme administration, application testing, auditing, and training. Participate in projects and events to further enhance the services we offer. Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has working knowledge of the airtightness testing industry. Ideally, is an experienced airtightness tester or has experience with audits in the energy assessment or airtightness sector. Possesses a keen interest in renewable energies and sustainable buildings. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform calculations accurately. Is a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. Has a "can-do" attitude and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Thrives in a team environment and can build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Day-to-Day Your typical day might include: Responding to technical queries from members, ensuring they receive clear and accurate guidance. Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Reviewing and auditing applications to ensure compliance with industry standards. Assisting with the preparation and delivery of training sessions or events. Contributing to the development of new processes and tools to enhance member support. Benefits Here's what you can expect: Competitive salary of £25,000 to £26,000 (FTE), depending on experience. Flexible working hours (22.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, with potential negotiation on days). Hybrid working model after probation, offering a balance of office and remote work.
