MTrec Technical are proudly representing our prestigious manufacturing & engineering client, based in Cramlington, with their internal growth. We are supporting their recruitment process by recruiting a permanent Air Traffic Data Project Engineer to join their organisation. The successful candidate will be involved in the Procurement, Build, Test and Configuration of ATD Projects.
The job you will do:
* Procurement, Build, Test and Configuration of ATD Projects.
* Prepare and Produce project documentation as defined by the project methodology and QA procedures.
* Prepare and conduct FAT and SAT where required to obtain major milestone contractual sign off.
* Perform Installation and commissioning at customers sites as required.
* Delivery of projects within planned timescales and within allocated budget.
* To act as a role model and set a positive example for more junior engineers.
* Provision of sales support and project costing information for procurement.
* Advise at the bid stage on proposed solution with a view to implementation and commissioning.
* To maintain professional relationships with customers and develop.
About you:
* Working knowledge of current Windows Server Operating Systems.
* Working knowledge of current Windows Desktop/Workstation Operating Systems.
* Working knowledge of current Windows SQL Server.
* Ability to work remotely from the rest of the team using MS Teams.
* Smart appearance able to communicate well at different customer management levels.
* Willingness to travel locally and overseas.
* Ability to protect and maintain the integrity of the workplaceBefore You Apply
