Job Description
Commercial Air Conditioning Service / Breakdown Engineer
📍 Midlands & UK travel | 💷 £30,000 – £45,000 DOE + Overtime | 🚐 Company Van + Benefits
We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service / Breakdown Engineer to join our growing team. This is a mobile role covering a range of commercial and domestic sites, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and reactive breakdowns.
You’ll need solid fault-finding experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently while delivering top-level customer care. In return, we’ll offer a competitive salary, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across the Midlands and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:

Service, maintenance & breakdown repairs on air conditioning systems
*
Fault-finding & diagnostics to deliver first-time fixes
*
Liaising with clients & ensuring compliance with industry standards
*
Occasional travel outside the Midlands with overtime available
What we’re looking for:

Recognised AC apprenticeship + proven commercial experience
*
Strong knowledge of service, fault-finding & repair
*
Flexible approach & willingness to join call-out rota
*
Full UK driving licence & basic IT skillsBefore You Apply
