We are recruiting on behalf of a leading aerospace and defence client for an Electrical Aircraft Fitter to join their team at RAF Valley. You will support Line and Base Maintenance on a modern rotary-wing training fleet, focusing on electrical and avionic system inspections, repairs, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
* Electrical and avionic fault-finding, inspections, testing, and repairs
* Support Flight Operations and aircraft readiness
* Complete maintenance tasks to OEM instructions and safety standards
* Assist with workshop tasks, aircraft movement, and general hangar duties
Essential Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical and avionic systems
* Experience in Line and Base Maintenance
* Experience with electrical/avionic test equipment
* Apprenticeship in Aircraft Electrical Maintenance or similar
Desirable:
* Experience with Airbus Helicopters / H135
* Experience in military aviation environments
