️ Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: GU14

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality training and assessment to our learners-both in college and out in the workplace-ensuring they develop the knowledge and practical skills to excel in their aviation careers.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
✈️ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Aeronautical/Aviation Engineering
✈️ Industry experience in Aircraft Engineering
Desirable:
✅ A1 or V1 Assessor Award (or equivalent)
(If you don't currently hold this qualification, don't worry - we'll fully fund your training to achieve it!)
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners at all levels.
What You'll Do
Deliver outstanding training and assessment in aircraft engineering
Support effective learning and high levels of retention and achievement
Assess students both in college and in the workplace with their employers
Contribute to continuous improvement and curriculum development within the department
