Aircraft Interiors Mechanic - Hampshire - Permanent position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Interiors Mechanic to join our a world leading BizJet MRO based in Hampshire. This is a hands-on role, focused on the maintenance, repair, and installation of aircraft cabin furnishings and components, ensuring all work is completed to the highest aviation safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out maintenance tasks using approved data such as SRM, AMM, IPC, engineering orders, and job cards
Repair and maintain cabin parts, furnishings, and components
Conduct inspections and ensure cabin equipment remains serviceable
Replace carpets, inlays, and interior trim as required
Support with the removal and installation of cabin equipment and furnishings
Accurately complete documentation, job cards, and maintenance records
Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other departments to ensure timely aircraft delivery
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to company standards
Promote a Just Culture and comply with all health & safety policies, reporting incidents through the company's Safety Management System
Undertake general aircraft mechanic duties and any other reasonable tasks aligned with the role
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or related field
Previous experience in aircraft interior or cabin maintenance (seats, galleys, lavatories, sidewalls, carpets, etc.)
Knowledge of maintenance practices and standards within a CAA/EASA Part 145 environment
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, manuals, and instructions
Competence with hand tools, power tools, and specialist equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role (including working in confined spaces)
Desirable:
Experience across multiple aircraft types
Valid Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and EWIS training
Strong understanding of Health & Safety in aviation environments
