We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance and Restoration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and restoring a diverse fleet of aircraft – from vintage classics to contemporary models – ensuring they remain in peak flying condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fixed-wing and/or rotary aircraft
* Disassemble, inspect, and restore historic aircraft to airworthy condition
* Troubleshoot mechanical, structural, and avionics systems
* Maintain accurate records in compliance with aviation regulations (e.g. CAA, FAA, EASA)
* Collaborate with engineering and restoration teams on custom projects
* Source or fabricate rare parts as needed for restorations
* Ensure the highest safety and quality standards are upheld at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Licensed engineer (B1/B2 or equivalent) or relevant military/civil experience
* Proven track record in aircraft maintenance; restoration experience a strong plus
* Strong attention to detail and respect for historical authenticity
* Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
* Passion for aviation and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
* Familiarity with aviation regulatory compliance
