💼 Permanent Salary: £37,000 + £6,000 shift allowance
💰 Contract Rate: £26 p/h (contracts running until 31 May 2026)
⏱️ Hours: Day shift, Mon-Thurs + early Friday finish | 50-hour weeks available

We're supporting a leading independent MRO in South Wales who are expanding their base maintenance team. Whether you're looking for a secure permanent role or a high-earning long-term contract, this is a great opportunity to join a well-respected operation with consistent workload.

- Work 1st September - 31st May (around 9 months of active work)
- Summer off - but paid all year round
- Annual pay: £28,000 + £6,000 shift allowance
- Day shift only with an early Friday finish

- Base maintenance on commercial aircraft
- Scheduled & unscheduled maintenance tasks
