️ Aircraft Mechanic - Permanent - South Wales
- Salary: £37,000 + £6,000 shift allowance
- Hours: Day shift, Mon-Thurs with early Friday finish
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
We're supporting a leading MRO company in South Wales who are expanding their base maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join on a permanent basis.
What makes this role different?
- You'll work from 1st September to 31st May (around 9 months)
- Summer off - but paid all year round
- Competitive salary package: £37,000 + £6,000 shift allowance
About the Role
- Carrying out base maintenance activities on commercial aircraft
- Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures
- Supporting a busy base environment with a strong focus on efficiency and standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous base maintenance experience is essential
- Ideally experience working on the Boeing 737NG, but not strictly required
- Strong aircraft maintenance background with a good eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional engineering team
