Aircraft Painter Opportunities – Permanent Roles in Europe
Mara Recruit is hiring Aircraft Painters & Preppers for exciting long-term projects in Europe. Whether you have no experience or just a little, this is your chance to build a career in aviation – with full training, great pay, and excellent benefits.
Locations
* Netherlands
* Lithuania
Pay & Earnings
Netherlands:
* Prepper (no experience): €16.05 gross / hr (~€12.90 net)
* Painter (with experience): €17.00 gross / hr (~€13.70 net)
* Annual earnings: €32,100–€34,000 gross (€25,800–€27,400 net)
Lithuania:
* Prepper (no experience): €18.30 gross / hr (~€11.00 net)
* Painter (with experience): €21.50 gross / hr (~€13.00 net)
* Annual earnings: €36,600–€43,000 gross (€22,000–€25,800 net)

160 hours paid holiday per year

Working Conditions
* 50+ hours per week available
* Rotating 6+1 shift roster
* 30 days onsite, 10 days rest at home
* Permanent EU contract after probation

Requirements
* Right to work in Europe
* English or Polish language skills
