Aircraft Painters & Preppers – Netherlands & Lithuania (EU Nationals Only)
Location: Netherlands & Lithuania
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 50+ per week | 6+1 shifts | 12-hour shifts
Start Date: Ongoing
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Aircraft Painters & Preppers to join leading aviation teams in the Netherlands and Lithuania.
👉 No experience required – full training is provided.

Pay Rates (per hour)
Netherlands
*
Prepper (no experience): €16.05 gross / €12.90 net
*
Painter (with experience): €17.00 gross / €13.70 net
Lithuania
*
Prepper (no experience): €18.30 gross / €11.00 net
*
Painter (with experience): €21.50 gross / €13.00 net

Requirements
✅ EU Passport, EU Residency, or valid Right to Work in the EU (we do not offer sponsorship)
✅ Willingness to work 50+ hours per week
