Job Title: Aircraft Sales Administrator
Location: St Athan, Barry
Employment Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Shifts options:
40 hours per week – 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: £26,000 Per annum + Bonus Scheme

About the Role
This role supports the sales function by managing aircraft component documentation and handling customer enquiries across the e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Aircraft Component Documentation
* Assist in compiling, verifying, and maintaining trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA).
* Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for sales and compliance purposes.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies.
* E-Commerce & Customer Support
* Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, Parts Base), website and social media platforms.
* Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details in a timely and professional manner.
* Support the listing and updating of inventory on e-commerce platforms.
* Sales Administration
* Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate invoices.
* Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, leads, and order status.
* Assist in generating sales reports and supporting inventory planning.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in sales administration, preferably within aviation.
* Familiarity with aircraft component trace documentation and regulatory standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
