Job Description

Aircraft Technician Job Overview My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft (Disassembly) Technician to join their growing Technical Team. In this role, you will support the safe disassembly of various aircraft projects, document removed components, and work closely with the Logistics team. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard for customers. Key Responsibilities: Safely disassemble aircraft components as part of a team, ensuring all parts are clearly labelled and documented. Read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs), and Best Practice Guides to efficiently remove components. Assist the Technical Leader and Head of Customer Projects with tasks as required. Identify damaged components through visual inspection and report any non-conformities or risks. Contribute to the timely delivery of aircraft disassembly projects according to customer expectations. Support daily project reviews and Team Project Boards. Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working order. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all tasks are performed according to established safety guidelines. Support the achievement of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity. Collaborate with other teams to ensure resources and support are in place for project delivery.
