Job Description
Staffline is recruiting for a Airside Loader to work for our client at London Heathrow Airport.
Applicants require a minimum of 3 years of residence in the UK.
The rate of pay is £13.89 per hour.
Shift - Morning or afternoon shifts, depending on availability, rotational roster 5 out of 7 or 5 on 3 off , flexible with shift times, you will need to be flexible with start times.
*Offering employment is subject to various background checks, such as DBS/ 5-year referencing*.
Your Time at Work
As an Airside Loader your duties will include:
- Take direction from Allocation Control room to ensure Engagement times are being monitored
- Use the PDA correctly to ensure Allocation Control is aware of what task you are on
- Following instructions while working collaboratively with the Cleaning Teams
- Remove Amenties from each Cabin and Rest Area
- Load new Amenties into each Cabin
- Strip Flight crew rest area and load Amenities
- Strip Cabin Crew rest area and load Amenities
- Remove Waste from Aircraft
- Marshall the High lift vehicle onto aircraft doors and support operation with door opening and closing procedures.
- Checking High lift Vehicles loads are secure
The Loader role is multifunctional and responsible for supporting the Transport High Lift driver and the Cleaning teams. The Loader plays a pivitol role in removing soiled Laundry and replenishing soft product in the correct areas.

- Physically fit
- Mechanical understanding- Ability to perform vehicle checks and notice defects
- Follow Manual Handling procedures at all times
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times
- Has lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years or more, as all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
- Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach
- As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide 5-year checkable history.
