Airworthiness and Regulatory Compliance Manager – Shanghai, China. Our Aerospace client offers long term steady work prospects to suitable candidates with Airworthiness and Regulatory Compliance Manager experience. Job Responsibilities:   Align with EASA Product Organisations Approvals POA management requirements and develop a POA implementation plan. Overall planning of the POA certification path, development of core management requirements, and formulation and implementation of a comprehensive POA certification plan. Promotion and guidance for the implementation of supporting regulations, normative documents, and advisory circulars related to POA. Promotion and guidance for the POA certification work of core and key suppliers. Guidance for overseas airworthiness certification.  Job Requirements:   Bachelor's degree or above in aircraft design and manufacturing, mechanical engineering, energy and power, airworthiness, aircraft design, structural mechanics, or related fields. Over 10 years of experience working with major international aircraft manufacturers, with in-depth knowledge of the entire commercial aircraft airworthiness certification process, including conformity certification and continued airworthiness. Experience working with or collaborating with regulatory authorities, familiar with the differences and coordination mechanisms between domestic and international airworthiness regulations. Proficient in the management requirements of Product Organisations Approvals POA, possessing the ability to plan POA implementation paths, resolve technical barriers to overseas airworthiness certification, handle cross-cultural communication and complex approval issues, and drive the optimization of international certification processes. Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China for 1- 3 years initial contract
