Allocations and Client relations officer
Dartford and Surrounding
Up to £35,000 per annum
Must have driving license
Our Client are currently looking for a Allocations and Client relations officer. They have recently won a number of new contracts in their division and as such they are looking to add to their team. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
Allocate clients to suitable temporary accommodation based on referrals.
Liaising with the Voids team to ensure properties are turned around correctly
Ensuring properties stay occupied and ensuring tenant/client satisfaction
Maintain accurate placement records and track property availability.
Ensure properties meet compliance standards (Gas, EICR, EPC).
Liaise with councils, landlords, and internal teams.
Respond to emergency placements and manage urgent housing needs.
Essential Skills
Experience in housing allocations or homelessness services.
Strong understanding of housing legislation.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
IT Skills
Existing Council experience
