Alloy Wheel Technician
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £31,332.60 Basic | OTE £44,582.90
Hours: 39-hour week
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 | Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (30 mins lunch)

As an Alloy Wheel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out cosmetic repairs to alloy wheels, restoring them to a high standard. You’ll be working with a variety of finishes including standard silver, full colour change, diamond cut, and special effect wheels. Your goal will be to deliver consistent quality and customer satisfaction while working efficiently within a professional team.
Alloy Wheel Technician Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality cosmetic repairs to alloy wheels on a range of vehicles
Ensure repairs are completed within agreed timeframes
Use specialist equipment and materials, including diamond cutting (if experienced)
Maintain accurate records and uphold health and safety procedures
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
Alloy Wheel Technician Requirements
Previous experience as a SMART Repairer, Alloy Wheel Technician, or Bodyshop Painter is essential
Experience with diamond cutting machines is advantageous, but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
Strong communication and customer service skills
