At TeacherActive, we’re working closely with a network of vibrant Welsh-medium primary schools across South Wales. We’re currently looking for Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in schools across Ammanford. This may involve 1:1 work with individual pupils or small group interventions, supporting children with a range of needs to help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken
✔️ A genuine passion for helping children thrive
✔️ Experience supporting children with ALN – either 1:1 or in small groups
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude
✔️ Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
