Aluminium Fabricator

£14.50 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay

Normanton, Wakefield

Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading providers of high-quality signage and fabrication solutions to recruit an experienced Aluminium Fabricator.

You will play a key role in producing and assembling aluminium and steel components to the highest standards of accuracy, durability and finish.

Key Responsibilities

  * Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel components with precision and accuracy.

  * Carry out MIG work (and TIG where applicable) to ensure strength, durability, and a high-quality finish.

  * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  * Checking completed work meets required standards for quality and durability.

  * Follow internal production processes and update progress where required.

  * Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth project completion.

Candidate Requirements

  * Proven experience in aluminum fabrication (experience with steel desirable).

  * Skilled in MIG welding (TIG desirable but not essential).

  * Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

  * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  * Flexible, dependable, and willing to work overtime when required.

  * Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  * Confident in taking on new challenges.

  * Hands-on and practical, with an eye for detail.

  * Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

  * Looking to build a long-term career in the sign making industry.

  * Commitment to health, safety, and compliance in everything you do.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some overtime at weekends.

Weekly Rotating shift: Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:30/Monday to Thursday: 13:00-22:00 and Friday: 09:00-13:00

Pay: £14.50 per hour
