Job Description
We are seeking an aluminium window, door and curtain wall fabricator, with experience in Schuco, Comar & Technal systems.
* Unquestionable personal integrity able to regularly achieve exacting standards of quality, individually and also through the direction of others if appropriate
* A proven track record demonstrating skills in getting things done right and on time
* Self-motivation;, capable of managing all activities
* Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adapt effectively and quickly to change
* Ability to adopt others’ ideas and bring into fruition
* Ability to work equally well as part of a team or independently
* Excellent working knowledge of Schuco & Comar systems, (additional training can provided)
* Good communication skills
* A full, clean driving license
* Ability to grow and develop personally as required by the needs of the Company
* Ability to bring in and implement new ideas, personnel and systems
