Candidate Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for members of the public and professionals with concerns about a child or adult’s welfare and safety outside of normal office hours.
Provide a response to children/young people and adults with care and support needs who are in police custody.
Perform duties in adherence to safeguarding protocols and regulations.
Conduct assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and support needed.
Collaborate with various agencies and professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals in crisis situations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and interventions.Benefits:
