Anaesthetic & Recovery Practitioner – Hemel Hempstead
Full-time | Permanent | £31,000 - £40,000 per annum + Benefits
We are currently working with a leading private healthcare provider to recruit an experienced and dedicated Anaesthetic and Recovery Practitioner to join their Theatre team in Hemel Hempstead. The Role
As an Anaesthetic and Recovery Practitioner, you will:

Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care within the theatre setting.
*
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain a patient-focused service.
*
Support patient pathways from consultation through to surgery and recovery, ensuring continuity of care.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*
Registration with the NMC or HCPC, with no restrictions.
*
Anaesthetic/Recovery post-registration qualification.
*
Proven experience as a theatre practitioner within anaesthesia and recovery, ideally in private healthcare.
*
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, CQC standards, and AfPP guidelines.
*
Competent IT skills (Word, Excel).
This role requires working a 37.5-hour week on a 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays as per operational requirements.
