Job Description

Walker Cole International is supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in its search for an Analytical Development Scientist to join the Research and Development (R&D) department. As an Analytical Development Scientist, you will be responsible for: * Developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods (HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution, stability studies) in compliance with GLP/GMP standards. * Conducting physical and chemical testing on prototype and commercial formulations, assessing stability and product quality. * Preparing and reviewing analytical documentation, including validation reports, specifications, SOPs, and regulatory submission data. * Supporting investigations, method troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving across R&D and Quality teams. * Mentoring and training junior scientists, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. As an Analytical Development Scientist, you will have: * Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field. * Strong experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, Empower, LIMS). * Excellent documentation, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
