Job Description

Temporary ASB Officer - Manchester (3 months) 🌟 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join our team in Manchester on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the community by supporting residents and tackling issues that affect quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Manage and investigate reports of anti-social behaviour, nuisance, and tenancy breaches. Work closely with residents, partner agencies, and enforcement bodies to find effective solutions. Prepare case files, statements, and evidence for legal proceedings when required. Deliver early interventions and proactive initiatives to prevent reoccurrence of ASB. Maintain accurate records and provide clear updates to all stakeholders. About You: Previous experience in an ASB, tenancy enforcement, or housing officer role. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Confident in managing complex and sensitive cases with professionalism. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
