Key Responsibilities of an Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Lead:
Provide an effective response and resolution to anti-social behaviour and complex tenancy or lease breaches
Work closely with partners, including local authorities and the police, to support victims and ensure safe neighbourhoods
Take the lead on complex and challenging cases, implementing appropriate interventions and enforcement actions
Guide and support Housing Services Coordinators with lower-level cases and neighbourhood-wide issues
Represent the organisation at court hearings, preparing detailed reports and evidence
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and safeguarding standards
Record and monitor case progress using internal systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates
What we'd love to see from you:
Proven experience in managing anti-social behaviour or tenancy breaches within housing or enforcement services
Strong understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and enforcement procedures
Ability to manage complex cases with a calm, professional, and solution-focused approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong partnership working experience with local authorities, police, or community agencies
Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
Confident IT user with experience of housing management systems
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
