Job Description
RSW are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AOI Operator to join a client in Cwmbran. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and processes within our facility. This position requires a strong focus on quality assurance and the ability to analyse production data to maintain high standards of output.
Responsibilities
* Analyse production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet established standards.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any discrepancies.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
* Has experience with AOI equipment and a strong eye for detail
* Understands and can work to IPC standards
* Is comfortable reading technical drawings
* Has experience working in a manufacturing or electronics environment
* Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to quality
This is a Temp to Perm role
Monday- Friday 05.30-15.00 and 16.30-24.00 pattern
£13.00 p/h plus 22.5% = £15.93
