Role Overview:
As an AOV Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of Automatic Opening Ventilation systems in line with industry standards and regulations. This is a field-based role, covering multiple sites across London.
Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission AOV systems to current standards
*
Perform planned and reactive maintenance across various sites.
*
Liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure project and service delivery.
*
Complete site reports and documentation accurately and on time.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Ideal Requirements:
*
Proven experience working with AOV or smoke ventilation systems.
*
Electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
*
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
*
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*
FIA or other fire industry accreditations.
*
Knowledge of other life safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, etc.)Before You Apply
