Appliance Engineer
(Or Trainee)
Nr Salisbury
Up to £32k per annum Plus Bonuses
Our client is one of the leading independent providers of white goods in the South of England. A family-owned business with a reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality kitchen appliances.
As part of their growth, they are working with us here at Better People to source an experienced technician/engineer to join their maintenance team.
The role means diagnosis repair and installation of large domestic appliances across a range of brands. You will learn on the job AS WELL as receiving formal training in the role of appliance engineer. All your tools and uniforms are provided as is your van for work.
This is a full-time permanent job working 8-5.30 Monday to Friday.
Ideal Candidates
White goods repair/installation experience
Engineer or technician experience
Ideally have domestic gas qualifications - NOT essential
Ideally have refrigeration experience – also NOT essential
Ideally have refrigeration experience – also NOT essential.
Clean driving licence and be over 25 years of age, for insurance purposes
Will have great customer service and people skills as you will be working with your customers in their homes
