Location: UK Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Day rate: £695 (Umbrella PAYE)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) to support the greenfield implementation of both modules in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This is a key role in a major digital transformation programme, with a focus on designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to the end-to-end greenfield implementation of ServiceNow CSM and S2P modules.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, define scope, and translate needs into functional solutions.
Configure, develop, and deploy out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities for CSM and S2P, minimizing customisation.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data sources where necessary.
Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities.
Provide expert guidance on platform governance, data modelling, workflow design, and automation opportunities.
Deliver clear documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow CSM and/or S2P (Source-to-Pay) implementations - ideally greenfield projects.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
ServiceNow certifications in CSM and/or Procurement/Sourcing are a strong advantageBefore You Apply
