Profile – Application Developer
Our client is a leading figurehead in the UK food sector, with an unparalleled pedigree dating back to the early 18th century.
Job Role – Application Developer
The Application Developer utilising the MERN stack, will be responsible for developing web applications. Your role involves working with Public Cloud (AWS) services to enhance applications.
Duties – Application Developer
• Test applications for performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with other developers on projects and work alongside development members and business partners to develop microservices.
• Drive the development of web applications using the MERN stack.
Experience - Application Developer
• Advanced skills in JavaScript (NodeJS ES6) technologies.
• Senior development experience using MERN framework for web application development.
• Unit with React Testing Library / Jest and E2E test automation with Cypress
• Experience in refactoring legacy applications into modern, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• Release procedures, coding design and documentation
