Job Description
Applications Engineer / Project Engineer / Proposals Engineer to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.
This Applications Engineer / Project Engineer / Proposals Engineer is required to work collaboratively with the project sales team along with undertaking on-site surveys, estimates and quotations of HVAC ventilation focused products predominantly Air Handling Units (AHUs), fans and heat recovery equipment.
The Applications Engineer / Project Engineer / Proposals Engineer should have a strong understanding on HVAC product Air Handling Units (AHUs), with background in estimation and refurbishment projects preferred. You will be required to travel to sites throughout the south of England as well as attend the office near Southampton on a monthly basis.

Undertaking on-site surveys, estimates and quotations of HVAC ventilation focused products predominantly Air Handling Units (AHUs), fans and heat recovery equipment
Deliver technical and commercial support to secure and deliver HVAC project works
Work closely with the project sales team on proposals and client presentations
Build and develop relationships with M&E Contractors, M&E Consultants and end-users
Able to travel to site throughout the south of England and attend the office near Southampton on a monthly basisApplications Engineer / Project Engineer / Proposals Engineer Requirements
Experience as an Applications Engineer, Project Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Estimator, Technical Estimator, Pre-Sales Engineer working on HVAC Air Handling Unit (AHU) products
Background working on AHU refurbishment projects would be advantageous
Degree, HND / HNC or higher level qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Commercial awareness with the ability to risk assess on-site
Able to travel to site throughout the south of England and attend the office near Southampton on a monthly basisBefore You Apply
