Are you a technically minded professional with a passion for both problem-solving and customer interaction? Our client, a market leader in complex engineered solutions used worldwide, is looking for an experienced Applications Engineer to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supporting both internal teams and external customers to ensure the best technical outcomes at every stage If you’re looking for a role where you can become a subject matter expert but also apply that knowledge to real life situations then this could be the role for you.
The Role:
* Acting as the technical expert and key point of contact for customers.
* Troubleshooting application issues
* Lending your expertise to product development from both an NPI / NPD and CI perspective
* Collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams to improve services.
The Person:
* Degree-qualified in Engineering Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in an Applications Engineer, Technical Support, or similar role.].
* Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
