Position: Application Specialist
Location: South Region (South Coast)
Salary: Up to £48k Basic + 20% bonus + car

The Role:
* They are currently seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented Application Specialist to join their UK Sales team.
* This role covers the South Region and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how they work and support their customers.
* To provide the ultimate customer experience.
* In this role, you will provide expert technical support in engineering cutting tools and metalworking applications.
* You’ll work closely with Account Managers to present their solutions - either onsite or remotely, through demonstrations and technical presentations.
* Your focus will be on ensuring their products are applied effectively, helping customers maximise the value of their tools and technologies.
* As support to Account Managers, you’ll assist them with value generating and cost saving activities to ensure suitable business opportunities are identified and secured.
Requirements:
* Strong technical experience in engineering cutting tools and applications.
* A proven track record of delivering business results.
* Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and relevant applications.
* Project management experience and customer relationship skills.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field.
* Innovative with a passion for delivering technical solutions.
* Someone who thrives independently while collaborating effectively with your team.
* You bring a proactive mindset, a passion for innovation, and a drive to challenge and improve the way they work.
